What’s your return policy?

Because we’re a small brand without a dedicated return facility, we’re currently unable to accept returns for sizing issues or change-of-mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out.

How is this brand ethically conscious?

As a small business, we prioritize ethical production and workers’ rights, ensuring responsible manufacturing practices. While we don’t claim to be a fully eco-friendly brand, we do take care to minimize waste by working directly with factories on how we handle scraps. Our goal is to balance ethical production with accessibility and quality, and we’re always looking for ways to improve while staying true to our values.

How does shipping work?

We ship from two fulfillment centers — one in the U.S. and one in China. Some of our newer drops ship from China through a third-party service, which means shipping times can be impacted by international trade policies (like tariffs or customs delays). You can expect you order to ship within 1–2 weeks but most of the time it’s even sooner. If it’s been longer than two weeks, please contact us and we’ll help track it down.

How does your sizing run?

Most of our items tend to run small but have stretch. We recommend sizing up when in doubt. Our jeans come with a detailed size chart, which can also be a helpful reference for overall fit of items from this brand. We’re working toward expanding our size range as we grow, but at the moment we don’t have the resources to do so.
